WHAT'S INCLUDED

HOW DOES IT WORK

1. BOOK A CONSULT

Schedule a session by booking through our platform here.

2. DECIDE ON YOUR GOALS

During your consultation, we'll get to know each other, dive deep into goal setting and assess your current lifestyle habits. We'll work together to define clear, achievable goals and identify any lifestyle factors that may impact your fitness journey, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being.

3. START YOUR PROGRAMME

It's time to put in the work and embark on your customised training programme. Your programme includes a comprehensive plan that includes tailored workouts, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to support your goals and set you on the path to success.

4. ENJOY THE PROCESS

As you progress through your training programme, you'll start to see and feel the results of your hard work. Embrace the journey, celebrate your achievements, and enjoy the benefits of your new fitness lifestyle. Even when our journey ends, feel free to reach out to us if you need additional advice or support.

FAQ

CAN I JOIN ANY TIME FOR 1-1 PROGRAMMES?

Yes but a complimentary consult is needed for us to understand you better as a person, your current lifestyle, and for us to share about the expectations of the programme.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO PER WEEK?

That largely depends on your goals, personal and work commitments. More isn't always better but a minimum of two days a week will ensure we provide enough stimulus to the muscles for growth. During our consult, we'll work on how the programme can fit into your current lifestyle habits.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST?

We're not sticklers for how long a session should be but they generally last about 1hr. Buffer an additional 15min for additional working sets, rest times, and chatting after.

However, we strongly encourage showing up on time to respect the next client.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP TO STICK TO MY PROGRAMME?

We're committed to your success both in and outside of the gym. Feel free to reach out to us whenever you're facing challenges in following your routine or nutrition.

CAN I START MY ONLINE PROGRAMME ANY TIME? (AVAILABLE SOON)

After purchasing the online programme, we'll schedule a virtual "get-to-know" session to understand your goals, lifestyle habits and clarify any questions you might have about the programme before we curate your custom workout and diet plan.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HOME GYM?

If you have your own gym and would prefer us to to train you there, we will need to see the current equipment that you have and assess if that is enough for the programme. Please reach out to us at shaun@manaofitness.com
