Some facts about my transformation

I took 3 years to build my physique with my day job and personal commitments.

I started with a PT and worked out twice a week for 6 months, gained 10kg (22lbs) both muscle and fat.

Built on my routine and increased training to 3 days a week.

Pursued Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) course from NCSF - to learn more about human anatomy, exercise physiology, fitness assessment, and program design.

I continue to learn, educate and train myself, test different programmes, working on technique and weight progression.
